Want some hen party ideas for a glamorous, vintage, fun and stylish day out? These hens had a glamorous Gatsby 1920s hen party Day Out in a lovely Georgian venue in Cheltenham. Note the variety of outfits that 1920s dressing up provides! There’s lace, sequins, silk, tassles, satin and feathers amongst this group. They’re such a nicely dressed group, Sue and friends. They told me they got their outfits on ebay and Etsy and in vintage shops – ooh it’s fabric and sparkle heaven!
Glamourous Gatsby hen party in Cheltenham – Charleston kicks, tea and kiss curls!
These hens were a super group of ladies. Like true flappers, they danced their stockings off in the Charleston class (of course! No party in the 1920s was complete without dancing! Josephine Baker eat your heart out…)
Then they had their hair styled 1920s style, and posed for some truly lovely pictures by photographer Rhiannon Williams.
