A Charleston hen party dance lesson in Bath to live piano!

And now for something completely different, to quote Monty Python… Our vintage pianist recently took a trip to Bath to play 1920s music for a fabulous Charleston Dance hen party that we organised. The ladies had their own tea party and made 1920s headbands while our lovely, vintage dressed musician, Tom, played them gorgeous background music. He then stayed on to accompany the warm up to their dance class.

Do get in touch if you’d like this wonderful experience. Our vintage piano players have a wonderful repertoire of 1920s jazz and also swing from the 1920s to the 1950s.

You can relax and enjoy a very special atmosphere during your afternoon tea or dinner or during one of our travelling vintage tea parties, or your own food at a hired hall, your holiday cottage, or even your home. Just ask and I’m sure we can organise a little accompaniment for a very special 1920s dance class experience! Our vintage jazz pianist can also play at weddings and parties, solo or with a singer, or with a five to seven piece 1920s or 1940s band.

And here’s the review from the lovely Vicky, who was a superstar organising the whole hen party for her sister.

‘We had a really wonderful time, everything went just as I had hoped. The smile on my sister’s face the whole time spoke for itself! 🙂
Tom’s music was brilliant, a perfect accompaniment to the afternoon tea and headband making. I love that he dressed the part! He also kindly stayed longer and was generally a superstar, we loved Tom!
Marie Lou was also great, so fun and friendly! The dance class was really entertaining, pitched to the right level and got everyone into the spirit of it.
Also the hall worked perfectly; the room was a really good size for a group of 18 and the caretaker there really looked after us, I would definitely recommend it for future occasions!
Finally thank you so much for all your help, I’m so happy to have given my sister a lovely hen and you were a massive contributor to that. 🙂
THANK YOU!
Vicky ‘
