I’m really excited about to tell you that I’ll now be working with a wonderful new venue . It’s a lovely boutique hotel for hen parties in Henley on Thames, and we’ve just put together a Charleston dance and afternoon tea package, and an overnight package that includes accomodation, dinner and breakfast! The venue is Hotel Du Vin Henley on Thames and there’s an old fashioned atmosphere that will really add something special to the Charleston Dance hen parties.
This luxury boutique hotel is a conversion of the old Breakspear’s Brewery. It has a classic Georgian facade, and it’s only 50 yards from the riverside moorings. The rooms that we’ll be using for dancing are full of character, with old timber beams, balconies and warehouse style windows.
Charleston High Tea: This is perfect vintage afternoon glamour! You’ll have a Charleston dance class, then round up with a vintage style high tea and a glass of bubbly. You’ll gain a repertoire of authentic 1920s moves such as the bees knees, the shimmy and the snake hips, then learn a specially choreographed routine. You can choose from 1920s showgirl theme, with elements of burlesque, or a Charleston Dance Troupe routine which is great for mixed and ladies groups alike. 
1920s overnight package: A great idea on the part of Hotel Du Vin, this package includes a Charleston Dance workshop, a 3 course dinner in a private dining room, an overnight stay, and breakfast. You can jazz up your weekend further by adding other optional activities such as cocktail making, fascinator making, or even a boat trip! The rooms are very pretty indeed, as you can see below.
