Last year a lovely lady from Oxfam Weddings contacted me. I thought it was such a swell idea, to ask companies to donate gifts for wedding clients to bid on, that we decided to donate a 1920s hen party photoshoot, complete with props and accessories. It was a great chance for a bit of 1920s flapper dressing up!
Keen vintage photographer Rhiannon Williams generously decided to volunteer her time. We provided all our 1920s props and accessories for the photoshoot, and the girls had fun dressing up and creating their looks.
Our hen, Jinder, won two bids and asked if she could put them together into one event. It was a marvellous idea on her part! She also won tea and cake at afternoon tea at Fetcham Park in Surrey, a rather marvellous vintage venue, and a marvellous place to shoot in.
I think you’ll agree that these girls look the part, and what confidence they are showing in their posing!
