I booked 2 dancers, Velody & Joe for my 1920s themed 30th and they were marvellous. I had a vague idea in my head regarding presentation and purpose of their routine/lesson in the middle of a party so my brief was probably not the best, but between Kim-Lin and the dancers they did a brilliant job. 🌿🥂 We had an absolutely amazing day for a larger party of 19 hens yesterday with Vintage hen parties! Everyone had a hoot! The bride to be was chuffed to bits with the day we planned at the Elizabethan style Manor House we hired for the day! It was a beautifully picked setting with lots of greenery, outside space, wood cladded dining room and heated outdoor pool, which fitted the bride and overall vibe down to a tee! The afternoon tea looked beautiful set up! ☕️🍰 and we opted to include an etiquette class in our day package and it was extremely funny, energetic and inclusive of all 19 hens! We had a piano player in the room as well which was a perfect accompaniment to the tea and atmosphere. Everyone keeps talking about the amazing day they had and how beautiful the afternoon tea and Manor House setting was!The booking process was friendly, easy and we felt that all of our needs were met, and Kim-Lin did her best to suit our plans! We had a brilliant hen afternoon - so many thanks for your help in making it happen!We had live accompaniment from Tom on his piano for our afternoon tea/20's headband making - he really got in the spirit and even dressed the part! This was followed by a fun Charleston class with Marie Lou, we learnt a routine pitched to make sure everyone could join in - the hen was beaming the whole time!Kim-Lin really was helpful throughout the planning process, finding the venue and suggesting lots of 20s appropriate games. We had a 1940's Dance class as part of a Hen weekend, at a village Hall local to the holiday home we are staying in. The class was brilliant fun, and we'd completed a whole routine by the end, while learning all the classic moves and having lots of fun as we went. The tea was lovely food and great vintage China and table cloths. Dancing was great fun. Kim-Lin could not have been more helpful and I felt like it was always under control. We had 11 of us, and a big age range from 12 years old through to 70! The dance teacher was fabulous and very patient. Vintage Hen Parties helped us organise a 1940s swing dancing class as part of a vintage-themed hen party for my best friend. It was an absolute hoot - we had 9 girls and a guy taking part and it was such fun, even with our collective lack of experience! Lara the dance teacher was so kind and devised the perfect routine with the bride to be at centre stage - it was so good, we're now expected to perform the routine at the wedding! We used Vintage Hen Parties on the 28th Nov for a 2 hour Charleston Dance Class in Cheltenham at St. Luke's village hall with Holly - which everyone loved, especially the bride-to be (we all came dressed up 1920's style)! We also opted for the hair and make-up (done by another Holly) for those who wanted it, which was great. Whilst the girls were having their hair & make-up done we did our own afternoon tea and played hen party games in the village hall which seemed to go down well with everyone and all had a fab time. We used Vintage Hen Parties for a friends Hen do at the weekend. The chosen dance genre was the Charleston with a Strictly twist. To quote Craig Revel Horwood it was FAB-U-LOUS!!
