These packages are also popular for sports and social clubs before the office Christmas party, and birthday groups!

Or perhaps you’re heading out to the Candlelight Club or a 1920s Speakeasy party and want to get the authentic look?

The Roaring Twenties was an era of short crops, kiss curls and soft waves, wild curly haired melodrama and smoky eyed, dramatic make up for silent film starlets.

1920s costume ideas and 1920s dressing up

In the 1920s jazz age, women wore men’s suits to be modern, and flapper hemlines went up, and sequins, beads and tassels ruled, or day dresses with dropped hemlines.

Wild and crazy 1920s curls, 1920s speakeasy style, gangsters and molls!

The dancing became more improvised to go with the new jazz music. The hairstyles were either wild and wavy or short cropped and neat to go with that jazz age vibe.

For inspiration for your 1920s dressing up or hair and make up, think Clara Bow, Marlene Dietrich, Louise, Brooks and even Josephine Baker. Or google Downton Abbey if you want that aristocratic look, or look at the costumes from The Great Gatsby. Bugsy Malone has plenty of inspiration if you’re going to a 1920s speakeasy party and looking for the gangster and moll look!

Or your hair even might be the right length to be curled so that it bobs up to chin length.
